Principles of ethical business disclaim among others:
. Providing bribes or other gifts and favours having the character of bribes,
. Various forms of trade and services in relation to public servants, often giving doubts about the impartiality of their subsequent actions and decisions,
. Employment of public administration staff and their family members (especially those operating in the sphere of our targeted public procurement),
. Use the services of lobbyists and other intermediaries or brokers,
. Cartel or other agreements, aiming to influence the outcome of public contracts and relationships on relevant market,
. Hidden support of other candidates in tenders deliberate submission of bids,
. Tendentious rumours and other forms of denigration of competitors and their employees and other plots in the selection procedure,
. A propaganda campaign aiming to damage the reputation of competitors or other business entities and individuals, respectively; tendentious manner in the media, aiming to influence the environment of business relationships,
