The goal of the concession project is the construction of the Ring Road around the Ukrainian capital of Kiev.
Our role is being the technical consultant to the Ukrainian Highway Agency UKRAVTODOR and lies in the complete delivery of the project in the Public Private
Partnership (PPP) format from the elaboration of the feasibility study of the project to the tender procedure winner selection.
The construction of the Ring Road also implicates the need for the necessary facilities as the gas stations, rest stations, motels, traffic control stations,
service & maintenance stations etc. Two huge bridges over the Dnieper River are to be the part of the Ring Road as well.
The construction itself is to be performed in required high standard so as to be of strategic importance for the Kiev region`s development.
Whole project is to be carried out in the PPP DBFO format (Design-Build-Finance-Operate) which assumes the tendering of the private investor, which on the
basis of the concession agreement will operate the Ring Road for the specific period of time for the periodic payments from the Ukrainian government.
